Community Participation Support at Pop Pop’s House encourages adults with Intellectual Disabilities, age 21 and older, to become more involved in their community.
Activities are informed by the individuals’ talents interests and preferences. Goals may include, but not limited to, establishing social interactions, building relationships, develop natural supports, increase independence, boost potential for employment, and person-centered planning focused on inclusion.
